When you see a property that you like this is what to do;

3. Pay the Administration Fee

4. Agree moving in date.
5. Next Pay deposit and 1 st months rent
(Funds must be cleared before the keys are released.)
6. Sign the tenancy agreement.
7. We will give you the keys.
8. You can move in to your new home.
