Our Fees

For guidance we show below two examples of our fees for single properties Full Management Service Our charges for a full property managed service are an initial charge of two weeks rent plus VAT and a monthly charge thereafter of 10% of the rent plus VAT.
The re-let fee on subsequent lets for managed properties is £120.00 + VAT. Tenant Finder Service Our charges for our Tenant Finder Service are a charge of two weeks rent plus VAT.
